The selected candidate will have the opportunity to have an on-the-job training experience in the field of resource management.

The person will be involved in the following activities:

• Support to Business Units and Functions in carrying out HR activities

• Management of Employee Life Cycle processes with operations on the Workday management system

• Talent acquisition and talent management

• Development and analysis of HR data, with the aim of creating dashboards, preparing presentations and providing statistical data to guide the definition of HR strategies

• Writing internal communications to highlight organizational changes

• Support in the management of strategic change projects

• Excel data processing and PowerPoint presentations

• Preparation of HR documents and support in union relations activities

• DE&I activities

Requirements

• CURRENTLY studying a MASTER's Degree or have a degree in Economics or political science

• Interest in HR issues

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (level B2 or higher)

• Excellent konwledge of the Italian Language (C1 or higher)

• Knowledge of the Office package, in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

• Accuracy in data analysis, predisposition towards digital tools and precision

We offer a curricular internship lasting 6 months, with the possibility of extension. (YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A UNIVERSITY)

Monthly compensation, expense reimbursement and meal vouchers will be provided.
