Main responsibilities:

As the Head of Workplace Experience (WX), India, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sanofi Workplace environment. You will lead a team dedicated to creating an inclusive, efficient, and inspiring workspace that aligns with Sanofi’s culture and values. The role encompasses hospitality services, workplace services, vendor relations, and employee well-being initiatives.

• Deploy the Workplace strategy at the offices in India by optimizing the quality of experiences and guaranteeing the best working and social conditions; develop a continuous improvement approach to ensure the satisfaction of Residents and Visitors
• Develop, implement, and lead successful strategies and tactics to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure the promotion of the workplace and hospitality services offered on site for Residents and Visitors by developing a marketing approach that engages and informs
• Lead WX in India while guaranteeing the expected level of service and quality; ensure the coordination of all services and amenities in the workplace
• Build communication, information, and engagement methods for occupants in collaboration with Corporate Functions and Business Partners
• Serve as a liaison between WX and Business Partners to ensure the Workplace Services supporting core WX objectives are clearly defined, monitored, communicated, and considered in operational prioritisation and planning
• Partner with the Business Leaders to ensure clear accountability for service-level adjustments, contract decisions, scope changes, and vendor management for services in the RE & WX P&L
• Manage the WX operating and investment budgets in coordination with Regional WX strategy
• Train, motivate and develop personnel to achieve high-level of morale and efficient performance
• Ensure compliance with policies/procedures in safety, security accessibility, and sustainability

About you

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in hospitality management, workplace services, or related roles.
  • High capacity and willingness to engage across multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated self-directedness in ambiguous environments and ability to manage through influence
  • Readiness to go the "extra mile" in times of challenge and uncertainty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Technical skills:
  • Proficient in project management and budget oversight
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
• Education: Graduates / Post Graduates with relevant work experience
• Languages: Proficiency of English required, both spoken and written
