Job purpose

To achieve success, it is critical that the Dupixent Product Manager:

  • Will develop marketing strategies aligned with product’s goals
  • Implement promotional plans within agreed budget to promote the indication in Israel.
  • Lead the Dermatology indications for Dupixent

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for the products, set objectives and propose budget
  • Implement marketing plan and take action accordingly
  • Adjust the product’s strategy according to market environment
  • Set priorities consistent with company goals and focus on high priority opportunities
  • Lead Health Basket Inclusion
  • Make sure to get external endorsement of the product
  • Allocate resources (e.g. time, funds) consistent with priorities
  • Prepare a s&op plan, liaising with Supply Chain (annual with monthly update)
  • Implement a digital strategy and tactics to support industry and global evolvement
  • Act as product champion to motivate the field sales team
  • Make sure the Sales Reps get optimal product and environment knowledge
  • Provide daily marketing support to Sales Reps inc. proper promotional materials and working tools
  • Conduct Post Marketing surveys
  • Prepare a Long-Range Plan (LRP) 5 years
  • Obtain approval of promotional materials within code of practice with Regulatory Affairs and Medical department
  • Maintain product competitors and Health Care environment knowledge
  • Analyse the marketplace and anticipate future changes to create competitive advantage
  • Continually review product/market performance to assess the success of the programs and whether additional/different resources are needed
  • Act as affiliate’s representative and responsible person for the designated product vis-à-vis geographical perimeter in Sanofi
  • Develop and lead patient support program

Job-holder requirements:

  • Education: Scientific Academic degree and/or Business Administration with specialization in Sales or Marketing . MBA is an asset
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or Commercial position in the pharma industry
  • Core knowledge, competencies & skills:
  • Experience in the Dermatology, Respiratory, ENT therapeutics area- an asset
  • Excellent computer skills (specifically Power Point, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English (oral, written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent at engage and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complicated processes and projects simultaneously
  • Creativity
