Our Team:

As Global Media, Precision marketing & strategic planning team we work closely with our Global categories, local markets, other global stakeholders (procurement, creative, marketing, CMI, Analytics etc.) & agency partners across Brand, Activation, and performance management.

Together we develop innovative and flexible media strategies which allows us to react to changes quickly and effectively in all markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-channel brand strategies alongside the Senior Media Manager, across a range of varied business categories.

  • Work with the Senior Media Manager to develop and present recommendations, evaluations, POVs and media analyzes to relevant stakeholder(s).

  • Ensure smooth running of the business through strong coordination with wider media team and global colleagues – aligning and sharing plans and accurate tracking of budgets.

  • Along with the team you will develop brand strategies and media & digital execution along with local markets.

  • You will be working on planning & reporting activities for all relevant media channels across a diverse set of countries.

  • Monitor campaign performance in detail, run all necessary deep dive analyzes in order to better understand the markets and recommend optimizations to meet target KPIs

  • Create & present regular mid-end reports, collect best practices & provide recommendations

  • Define strategies to further optimize target KPIs and negotiate beneficial deals with direct partners and/ or media agencies

  • Build trustworthy relationships with internal business teams, agency partners, and global teams. Work closely with other stakeholders (creative, data, analytics, procurement etc.) & represent our team in cross functional meetings.

  • You deal with innovative & future thinking digital solutions

        Preferred requirement

  • Master in Management Studies (Marketing specialization)

  • Highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task

  • Self-motivation, flexibility and an impeccable attention to detail

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers

  • You have a very good understanding of numbers, a quick comprehension and a high level of self-motivation - Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word

  • You have a high degree of contact strength, enthusiasm, flexibility and a pronounced claim to innovation

  • You are responsible and enjoy working as a team player.

  • You are digitally savvy & might have initial experience in the field of media or marketing (not mandatory)
