Our Team:
Within the Finance Department, we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented new colleague to join the new Tax Team we are building for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare. In that respect, we are very much attached to find a candidate with a strong sense of commitment, towards the tasks, the business and the team.
Although mostly located in France, our Tax team is spread over many geographies and we offer you to be part of an international setting with many contacts across different functions and countries. As CHC Head of Tax Reporting & Compliance (TR&C), you will report to the CHC Head of Tax located in France and will be managing our TR&C Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
In your role of CHC Head of TR&C, you will assume full responsibility for tax reporting at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, in collaboration with the consolidation and accounting teams as well as internal and external tax experts. In particular, you will be in charge of ensuring compliance with the increasing tax reporting requirements, especially IFRS Tax Reporting but also CBCR and GLOBE Reporting. Furthermore, you will be the qualified entry point to the organization for all tax reporting matters and, thus, ensure governance and oversight of our consolidation and accounting teams in your areas of responsibility.
Practically, you will:
Take overall global ownership of quality assured tax reporting processes, including IFRS Tax Reporting, Country-by-Country Reporting and GLOBE Reporting;
Coordinate and provide tax advisory services for projects, initiatives, business model changes and day-to-day in tax reporting area;
Observe and evaluate business developments of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare with regards to impact on our tax positions;
Systematically identify, assess and manage income tax risks;
Ensure governance, oversight and tax compliance management system regarding income taxes and tax reporting; and
Maintain and continuously improve compliance management systems.

Youpossessadvanced knowledgeintax reporting and IAS12, ensuring accuracy and adherence to international standards.
Youare aproven leaderwith exceptionalcommunication skills, capable of engaging withC-suite executivesandBoard members, fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Youhaveoutstanding analyticalandproblem-solving skills, with a knack for navigating through challenging scenarios with ease.
Youarebilingual, fluent in bothFrench and English, and thrive infast-paced, dynamic environments, prioritizing tasks with unparalleled efficiency.
