Mission within the Digital Autonomy Program
The AD/Identity expert will initially steer the AD/Identity stream and drive closely execution of associated projects of the Digital Autonomy program
She/He will be responsible to ensure setup the proper plan to rollout the AD/Identity management solutions designed with the Solution Architects covering all technologic domains and her/his pears inside the broader Sanofi organization
In this context she/he will rely on the method and the experience feedback built and gained by Sanofi network teams with earlier similar operations
She/He will be part the Digital autonomy Program team and partner with all Infrastructure teams and the Digital stakeholders to define the AD/Identity rollout strategy and coordinate the work done by support organizations relying on her/his skills
She/he will act as Product/Service Owner for CHC AD/Identity domains
She/He will report to the Lead Infrastructure of CHC
When the hard decoupling becomes effective, the CHC AD/Identity Expert takes the effective responsibility of all AD/Identity solutions of the CHC company
Main responsibilities of AD/Identity Expert
Define, develop, and lead the AD/Identity evolutions in close relation with the Solution architects' team
Ensures proper compliance with Cyber Security and data protection European regulations (GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), LPM in France, Kritis in Germany, CSL (Country Safety Lead) in China)
Develop reports to regularly communicate the effectiveness of the AD/Identity implementation, lifecycle, and operations to his Leadership
Drive organization wide strategy and implementation plans including but not limited to Privileged Access Management, Single Sign On and IAM governance
Ensure the operational implementation of AD/Identity solutions
Collaborates with support structures, performs risk management, leads security patch management, detects, and removes vulnerabilities, performs vendor management for all CHC businesses
Implement consistent AD/Identity monitoring and management solutions to deliver the expected service
Works in close relation with key stakeholders (Business, operational, legal, communication, etc.)
Partners with all internal and external stakeholders (Business, Digital, Quality, Industrial, Regulators, etc.) and actively monitors security technology opportunities to create innovative and best-in-class AD/Identity services
Supplies Identity and access management advisory, solution architecture, and consulting to internal projects of varying size
Identifies and resolves gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation
Regularly educates and empowers Leadership Teams, Business stakeholders, operational teams on Identity management
Serve as a trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and understand their core business processes, business priorities which can be enhanced using IM solutions
5+ years of experience in AD/Identity rollout and operational support
Certifications are appreciated
Good understanding of Information technologies, architecture, and main recognized AD/Identity solutions – Active Directory, Azure AD, AD Federation Services and Azure AD Connect, SSO (Single Sign On), SailPoint
A familiarity with the new digital technologies and associated practices for Cloud, Infra-by-code, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS services, OT/IoT, factory 4.0, DevSecOps, etc.
Experience on a highly regulated sector
Knowledge on industrial systems and architectures
Soft skills required
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Authentication and Identity solutions (local, global)
Proven successes working in industry (manufacturing, science, commercial would be appreciated)
Ability to provide innovative leadership and thinking to global and cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in an international matrixed environment
Proven capability to drive project teams
