People Services Employee Lifecycle Manager - Asia
Job Summary
Provide effective support on end to end HR Services processes for Employee Life Cycle (ELC) for Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines) covering the following areas :
Onboarding /Offboarding
External work force management
Connect to Resolve management
Job Change
Movement: within organization, domestic relocation, international transfer (short term)
International Permanent Transfer (IPT) for Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Greater Gulf
International Mobility
HR admin on Local Legal report onsite or in the country
Increase user adoption and new ways of working on ELC Management
2.Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for ELC processes , as representative from Kl Captive to GPO or GPL on ELC processes or matters.
3.People Manager:
Ensuring IDP for each team member update and communicate properly during career dialogue with 70% on the job training; 20% cross functional/Global/regional project; and 10% Class room training (1learn; CURIOUS; Sanofi University; #OWNIT program etc) plan in place.
Implement proper performance management, manage performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for poor/under performance member
Conduct frequent feedback and coaching, 1:1 dialogue, and Performance review (mid year and year end).
4.Ensuring Executive KPIs and Non Executive KPIs are fulfill the company standard requirements.
- Identify the pain points, discuss with related stakeholder for alignment, deliver the KPIs and clear RACI, who doing what.
5.Global Core Model deployment and revised or updated quarterly
If needed communicate with all neighboring functions, to have clear accountability on the RACI.
Ensuring all the gap are closed in timely manner and get approval from Global for "exception”.
Compliance:
Ensuring all CSA are closed on time; follow up on Audit finding and closed all the finding in timely manner. Update the IC & P system report re CSA and Audit status.
The Employee Life Cycle Manager works closely with HR, BU heads, BU Admin/secretary, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Security, Legal, ITS Business Partners, Facilities management, Payroll and T&E BPO partner and HR Services front line teams in countries / regions.
Operations
Coordinate and manage employee life cycle and C2R activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of SBS HR Services Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines) and deliver the services as per their respective Service Partnership Agreements (SPA).
Create employee contracts, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training as required
Administer termination activities , coordinate collection of assets
Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
Contribute to business reviews
Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelines
Monitor operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues
Supervise and coach the team of analysts
Provide expertise and coaching
Anticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient delivery
Select and hire employees
Evaluate employee performance, determine training needs, develop talent
Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
Motivate and reward employees by recommending salary increases, bonuses and promotions
Build, document and transfer HR Services Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee life cycle and C2R management
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 C2R support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database
Continuous improvement
Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
Participate in global projects as required
Expected skills
Functional
- Broad understanding of HR process and activities and SBS organization
- Awareness of data privacy rules (GDPR etc)
- Good business acumen
- Strong deductive and analytical skills
Technical
- Hand-on experience of Workday and Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advance level proficiency in Excel
Interpersonal
- Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with EE front line teams with an end to end mindset
- Good communication skills at all level, verbal and written

Requirements
- Graduate or Master’s degree with HR or business administration
- Experiences in HR functions preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Team supervision in a shared service environment
