About the Opportunity
The role of DulcoLax Marketing Trainee for the Constipation category is suited to consumer-oriented, performance driven, communicative & analytical candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to be a contributor to drive short and mid-term executional excellence to make Sanofi become the best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in & for the world.
This position will work in a very dynamic & international team: hand to hand with the Brand Manager & in close collaboration with the Zone team of the Western Europe & colleagues from the local key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply.
The role of DulcoLax Marketing Trainee will work in the CHC Western Europe area.
Key responsibilities
1/ Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns
Support in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedbacks)
Supervision (download, changes, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems.
2/ Tracking & Analysis of sales
Tracking & Analysis of the market & competition
Tracking & Analysis of the media plans
Tracking and analysis of promotional actions.
3/ Participation in sales meetings
Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting.
4/ Build Transversal and External Relationships
Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication.
Essential requirements:
Education:
Business School or Bac +MBA is a plus (ideally with focus on marketing).
Languages:
Fluent in English & Portuguese
Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week) and possibility to continue studying
PLEASE NOTE: All suitable candidates should satisfy 2 eligibility criteria: Educational eligibility and Work Employment Authorization in the country.
In terms of education, candidates have to be either currently enrolled in studies (BA, MA, post-doc etc.) or have had completed their latest studies inside past 24 months.
In both cases, to collaborate with SANOFI Consumer Healthcare, it is necessary for your educational institution (university, technical school etc.) to sign an Educational Cooperation Agreement (Protocolo de Estágio) with SANOFI Consumer Healthcare.
Experience and specific knowledge:
Good level of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential)
Experience in FMCG / OTC company is highly valued
