The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement the supply chain strategy for CHC Czech Rep / Slovakia and ensure availability of CHC products towards all our customers / channels of distribution.
Upon the Global & Europe SC CHC strategy, define the orientation & execution plan for the perimeter
Support the team to operate an efficient S&OP with the right inputs & decision making
Through this S&OP process, align the demand scenarii with IA capacities
Make sure continuous improvements on Forecasting, good SISO monitoring
Pilot the inventory level in coverage and Value to avoid OOS and overstock. With his/her team, interact with all concerned stakeholders (Supply Planning Hub, IA Platforms, Europe SC team) and ensure the right actions & communication
Fully Monitor the « Order to Serve » process for the CHC France portfolio: reach best in class Customer Care for all channels of distribution from order taking (incl. integration in our systems) till the customer goods receipt
Manage the customer relationship through an efficient process to treat all Customer Claims
Manage the product availability information to our external stakeholders
Monitor the SC performance on the different processes (Forecasting, Product shortages, Fill Rate, Cash Inventory, deliveries, Claims, destructions)
Management of Master data (customer master data, products, prices and commercial conditions ) in the different systems
Ensure physical deliveries to customers respond to Service & Transport contractual obligations
Monitor Distribution & Transportation performance as per objectives
Manage interactions with 3rd party (incl. business needs and Contractual obligations)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Master’s Degree from a Business or Engineering school with certification in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain Pharmaceutical or similar industry (ie FMCG) with proven results
Strong supply chain operational experience in Supply Chain covering Distribution / Customer Care and Demand / Supply planning
Proven Leadership skills to partner with and managing a diversified Team
Good knowledge of distribution flows and best Practices (downstream & upstream)
Experience in Project management and Crisis Management
Good interactions with internal and external Key stakeholders
Knowledge of Internal Control Processes
