Driving the Sanofi Digital footprint and ecosystem forward and be the knowledge leader on all digital projects. Overcome hurdles and support the Business to be best in the industry against our main pharma competitors.
Main point of contact for the business driving digital initiatives in Specialty Care Partner Markets Europe.
Responsible for defining, execution, quality and development of the strategic Digital roadmap in the business for Specialty Care Partner Markets Europe.
Works in close contact with commercial teams to develop and follow-up on KPIs to deliver insights digital assets and initiatives to drive the learning and optimalization.
Supports eConsent collection, follow up on reporting facilitated by BO&S and contribute to best practice sharing.
Develops and executes Omnichannel activities in line with the brand plans and drive/support Omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with the local teams/Brand Leads.
Works closely together with the Digital specialists in BO&S to ensure maximum synergies cross country, cross franchise and cross GBU.
Pro-actively drives the Digital transformation inside the business
Cooperate with Agencies and Vendors
Adheres to company-defined processes for the selection of and agreement of commercial terms with vendors.
Understands and uses internal procedures and tools to ensure the compliant and efficient operation of the “Purchase to Pay” process.
Required skills and experience:
Degree (bachelor/master) in digital marketing and great interest in IT and other new media (apps, social,…) OR degree (bachelor/master) in Business Administration
Experience or interest in pharmaceutical industry is an asset
Previous experience within similar area is an asset (digital project management)
Previous experience in digital agencies or tech start up is an asset
Understanding of healthcare customer journeys is an asset
Pro-active attitude, ability to translate strategy to actions
Strong all-round digital skills (SEO, SEA, Social Media, CMS, Google Analytics, eMail, Mobile (+ apps), Podcast, CRM, eCommerce, influencer marketing, etc.).
