About Dupixent Franchise

Dupixent is the fastest growing brand in specialty care division of Sanofi. The primary aim is to develop and commercialize Dupilumab in patients with immune-based chronic inflammatory Type 2-diseases in the fields of dermatology, allergic and respiratory diseases including severe asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, eosinophilic esophagitis, COPD, food allergies and several more.

Mission

The resource, assigned to the Dupixent Central & South Europe area and reporting directly to the Dupixent Central & South Europe (CSE) Franchise Head, acts as a strategic consultant and is directly responsible to develop, implement and monitor all processes related to new launches, sales performance and product lifecycle within the region in alignment with the global and countries strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up of all relevant internal processes in the Dupixent area to ensure the best governance towards the countries and the global (Glo-cal model)
  • Create tools to analyze countries’ performances through internal and external benchmark organizing periodic Launch performance review meetings
  • Coordinate new launches business cases being the trait d’union between global and countries
  • Organize periodic launch readiness plans and reviews in close collaboration with countries’ FHs and CSE Franchise Lead
  • Support the Dupixent MCO in the development of Sales Force strategic planning, identifying gaps and developing plans to address them, defining relevant KPIs and metrics
  • Lead annual strategic plan and forecast reviews

About You

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Adequate medical knowledge and understanding of the healthcare, legislative and market environment,  market access dynamics and their potential impacts on the business
  • Clear leadership and influencing abilities
  • Solid project management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Essential requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Health Economics, management engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related role
  • Proven experience in developing long-term relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent command of excel and power point
  • Previous consultancy experience or market access experience would be a plus
