As a member of Multi Country Organization (MCO) HR team, HR Head leads people agenda in the country in the alignment with MCO and global practice and guidelines in order to ensure engaging working environment and compliance with local legal requirements. They act like trusted partner for MCO HR Head, HR Heads from MCO countries (CZ, SK, PL, HU, UA), HRBPs, Business Leaders, Centre of Expertise and social partners. The role of HR Head will be combined with the role of HRBP for specific GSFs/GBUs across the MCO.
HR Head CZ / HR Business Partner CE MCO is an individual position with no team of direct reports. We are looking for a team player who will cooperate with a regional HR team, Centers of Expertise and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

Provides HR expertise and leadership on the country level, leads country specific HR projects provide strategic HR consulting from the country perspective, addresses specific country topics, leads social agenda across legal entities in the country by maintaining high quality dialogue with social partners
Ensure processes are compliant with local regulations, ensures that all legally required policies are in place and up to date
Supports talent acquisition, management and development initiatives in order to ensure diversified talents’ population in the country, enables talent exchange on the country level to increase internal mobility and people development, actively builds and support Employer branding initiatives in order to attract best people and enrich the pipeline of young talents
Proactively cooperates with HR Heads and HRBPs in order to ensure consistency of HR initiatives across the MCO
Provides HR legal advisory for HR colleagues outside of CZ/SK – labor law topics
Supports organizational changes with cooperation with adequate stakeholders
Ensures HR support and leadership in any crisis situation that might occur
Manages HR country budget
Leads agreed projects across the MCO
Additionally to Country HR Head role will be assuming the responsibilities of HRBP for specific GSFs/GBUs across the MCO (double hat)
Skills, experience and knowledge requirements
Education: University Degree
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in HR in a multi-cultural/multi-countries environment in as HR leader, HRBP (experience in pharmaceutical business is an advantage)
Strong experience in human resources management (talent management & development, strong knowledge of labor law, compensation, employee relations, organizational transformation, employee engagement, shaping working environment, building positive employer branding, managing social partners)
Very strong cooperation skills in multinational environment, business partnering with senior leaders, leading transversal initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinking, change management, project management and decision-making skills
Customer orientation, understanding business needs, strong coaching, consulting skills
HR systems experience, such as Workday, will be a plus
Fluency in English andCzech language in business environment
