About the opportunity

The mission of the Marketing Manager is to design impactful brand strategy for Dupixent, in line with local market trends and global business strategy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Create tailored Marketing strategy for Dupixent in line with global and MCO Franchise, integrating local market trends & customers’ insights
    • Competitor analysis - collect, interpret and disseminate competitor information
    • Patient flow – establish diagnostic treatment & buying map, identify, quantify and validate leverage points
    • Segmentation - establish basis of segmentation, quantify and establish segment needs
    • Develop product positioning, key brand messages and brand benefits
  • Marketing analysis and insight:
    • Drive identification, planning and implementation of quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives to develop market - and disease understanding
    • Sharing insights gained from internal and external sources
  • Forecasting and operational planning:
    • Lead the brand planning process in coordination with other relevant functions
    • Prepare brand forecast for Budgets & LRP, as well as regular monthly demand forecast, together with Franchise Head
  • Implementation/Activation:
    • Provide strong and clear communications to all relevant internal stakeholders so they are aligned and clear on goals and deliverables to achieve brand objectives
    • Plan, schedule, and implement new product launches in line with corporate and local requirements
    • Support of proper budget target setting for brand specific Sales and Opex spend, in coordination with Franchise Heads
  • Success measurement
    • Tracks performance to ensure delivery of financial targets, activities and brand specific KPIs (BM)

About you

Required skills and experience:

  • University degree level or equivalent (Scientific / Business, combination is ideal)
  • Demonstrate experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical / biotech industry, combined with experience in a marketing environment
  • Brand development, launch and post launch experience
  • Campaign development from initiation to execution, Digital marketing experience
  • Therapy area experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
  • Experience and familiarity of Patient Associations
  • Experience of having worked in the specialist arena - highly desirable
  • Organized with a good level of analytical skills
  • Focused & result oriented
  • Sensitive to potential patient & customers’ needs and with empathetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills, Natural leadership
  • Disruptive thinker, bringing fresh ideas & brave to try new things
