General Medicines GBU has embarked into a multiyear strategic Omni-Channel Transformation program designed to transform customer experience by reinventing our engagement with customers through omnichannel interactions & digital at the core. This program aims at accelerating skills, capabilities, systems & processes while scaling-up & embedding Omni-channel industrialization across the whole GenMed organization. As such, Commercial Omni-channel Transformation Office has been leading acceleration bootcamps with selected markets to deploy new engagement models while applying agile and sprint methodologies.
The purpose of this role is to support the Medical Omni-Channel transformation and its alignment with the Commercial Omni-Channel Transformation program in CE MCO to ensure that Medical Omni-Channel Transformation agenda is embedded in the overall Omni-Channel transformation roadmap.

MAIN MISSION: Become the Ambassador of the Medical Omni-Channel Transformation Program:
Coordinate with the Global Omni-Channel Transformation Program Office to ensure Medical synchronization, contribute to the roadmap by providing relevant input on Medical priorities and projects
Ensure that Medical Omni-Channel priorities are assessed as a part of local Omni-Channel transformation bootcamps or projects
Build a Medical Omni-Channel Transformation Roadmap & ambition, track progress and KPIs/KIIs
Ensure that Medical Transformation projects are aligned with the global Medical Omni-Channel transformation initiatives
Keep supporting & challenging the country operational teams
Work with the country teams + Omni-Channel Transformation office on removal of constraints and barriers that hinder progress
Actively participate in Medical Omni-Channel Transformation community to communicate on priorities, progress and ensure that key successes & learnings are shared & celebrated within teams
Inform & align on the Medical Omni-Channel transformation roadmap with MCO Medical senior leadership
Developing the right capability within the Medical teams on the ways of working, i.e. agile methodology
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS / INTERFACES
Managing relationship with MCO CE and TA cross-functional teams
Partnering with Global Commercial Omni-Channel Transformation Office
Ensuring alignment with the Global Medical Omni-Channel and Medical franchise priorities
CRITICAL EXPERIENCES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
Five+ years within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare organization
Three+ years of management of projects at global or regional level
Experienced in leading by influence and drive in matrix driven project teams/organizations
Experience as a consultant, and/or in leading transformation initiatives
Experience with Omni-Channel transformation projects
Proven track record of project management
Innovative & can challenge the status quo
Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into tangible and actionable plans
Ability to lead and motivate teams
