The Medical Lead Partnership Markets is in charge of coordinating and overseeing the execution of the medical plan and activities for Brand, portfolio under his/ her responsibility in partnerships market countries in close collaboration with the Medical department of our external partner.
The Medical Lead Partnership Markets is in charge of coordinating and overseeing the execution of the medical plan and activities for Brand, portfolio under his/ her responsibility in partnerships market countries in close collaboration with the Medical department of our external partner
He/She is a member of the GBU Regional Partnership Markets team
He/she is responsible to set up the oversight meetings and schedule with the Medical team
He/She provides strategic input to develop the medical plans for partnerships markets Countries
He/She provides the medical/scientific support to manage key medical activities/projects (e.i : Medical Scientific Liaison slide kits, speakers Kit , objections handlers, facilitation of available materials, Scientific partnerships, HA interactions, oversights of the implementation of PSP/MAP if validated, …)
He/she is responsible for the management of the medical components to support the Sanofi Genzyme Rare Disease Humanitarian Program including communication with physicians, obtaining medical applications and interaction with the Global Humanitarian Program team, regional business/forecasting contacts and local supply chain
He/She proactively identify and manage product-related risk in close coordination with other functions
He/She advise the GBU commercial teams to achieve company strategy in partnership markets countries
He/She liaise with external medical team to follow up with Field teams to provide the needed scientific knowledge and update
He/she is responsible to coordinate with global the training of the Medical team
He/She partners to provide proper advice and guidance to assess the opportunities to drive local registration for the new launches if applicable in close coordination with other functions
Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD)
Strong track records in leading roles in Medical Affairs in the Pharma industry not less than 5 years’ experience in medical affairs and preferably with experience in the geographic area of Europe
Fluent English written and spoken
Strong track record in developing and executing medical strategy
Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining an External Experts Experience in working across and building effective partnerships
Experience working within an international company and the ability to operate in a matrix, team-oriented (team player)
Significant leadership experience
Strong business acumen and strategic ability
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
