Prepare business plan, monthly forecast, monthly actuals on key financial data (PL&BS&cashflow) to identify key growth drivers and trends Performed periodic financial estimation, quarterly projection and budgeting of the business/functions, including providing insightful comments to key variances vs prior projection, budget and prior year Work with Finance BP to participate in the budget and strategic planning processes, and to upload data in Sanofi various reporting systems Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity., and guides analysts and commercial owners in investment appraisal Experience partnering with cross functional stakeholders and influencing key business decisions Ensures compliance with corporate objectives and financial policy Provides financial systems support and work with IT closely to seek for opportunities for automation and drive efficiency. Recommends systems solutions for the forecast, budget and strategic plan processes. Prepares ad hoc information and analysis for both regional and corporate management routine management meeting Supports local Finance BP, partnering closely with local teams (Tax, Legal, Finance) to support China statutory reporting requirements Good level of analytical and modelling experience; tool and system expertise and support potential M&A and capital projects Other ad hoc assignments based on manager/business leaders’ request
Education: Bachelor above, Major in Finance/Accounting preferred
Experience: Minimum 10 years finance experience with solid FP&A knowledge and experience/Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to present complex business problems in a simple manner as well as a sound business mind-set /Capability to working with different stakeholders to execute company’s strategy
Language skills: Fluent English skills (written, oral, and reading)
Computer skills : Excellent PC skills / Familiar to finance automation tools such as Tableau/POWER BI/RPA ect./Oracle, SAP, KD ERP knowledge is a plus
