What you will be responsible for?

Develop & implement E-Commerce trade marketing/channel development strategy and activities to support E-commerce business growth in China, including Cross-Border and Domestic businesses. This includes digital sales E-commerce support; as well as tracking & monitoring of trade partners and E-Commerce platform performance.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to focus on Sanofi’s Alibaba or Tencent Partners.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Serve as subject matter expert across a range of performance driven marketing channels, managing the day-to-day operations and agency counterparts to unlock growth.
  • Set a roadmap and drive over-arching channel strategies for brand platform flagship and Sanofi Flagship stores, driving to direct response commerce sales goal.
  • Partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs
  • Obsess channel-right creative, working cross-functionally to educate, empower, and enable Sanofi products & storytelling to show up best-class-in- on strategic platforms.
  • Lead learning agendas, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating learnings to the broader organization
  • Build relationships with extended integrated media teams, media partners, our agencies to proactively identify emerging, impactful opportunities on strategic platform and develop plans to leverage them Integrate with categories.
  • Dive deep into the weekly performance, to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities as well as forecasting future channel performance.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in E-commerce media, especially on strategic platforms; know how to use in-platform & out-of-platform channels to drive sales growth.
  • A strong track record with showing up boldly and elevated in direct response marketing connecting consumers with brand innovation, experiences, content that inspires, while leveraging data and testing insights to continuously improve.
  • A strategic thinker who knows how to influence teams in a matrixed organization to implement performance media strategies and tactics for flagship ecommerce stores. Able to think holistically and have a deep understanding of different roles that channels play in a full-funnel marketing mix.
  • In this role, thought leadership, collaboration, and clear communications are key. You must be curious. Must have analytical ability but have a deep appreciate the art and role of elevated creative. You must also be eager to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to shape the strategy and planning for campaigns for key platforms.
