What you can contribute?

1.   VMI Customer inventory optimization

•     Execute customer inventory  optimization program  by leveraging digital tool. Categorize customer and products by different stock level with structured methodology.

•     Determine, implement and maintain appropriate inventory level  and ordering parameters in system for customer inventory optimization  program enhancement based  on distribution  center network, diversified service model, service level, order point, order pattern and frequency etc. Driving the KPI improvement on service level, channel inventory and on self availability ,etc.

•     Develop CPFR ( Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment) with key customer and roll out CPFR process across key customers, Establish  inventory and supply  chain service monthly review for customer.

•     Collaborate with the commercial teams, partner with planning team and customer service team to minimize channel imbalance, enable optimized inventory levels, minimize out of stock risks.

2.    Customer facing

•     Understanding   Customer  KPIs,  agree  targets  with  the  Customer,  report,  analyze  and  review regularly  against  these  targets.  Analyses  the  customer supply  chain  performance, identify  and execute the improvement plans with related parties.

•     Tailored supply chain service, deliver joint value creation and operational execution excellence for customers by building and continuously improving the collaboration and partnership with customer.

•     Lead  the  regular  meeting with commercial team  and with  key customer to review supply  chain collaboration, analyze supply chain risks and work for mitigation plan.

•     Participating  in  customer satisfaction surveys to gather  insight  on performance and drive action plans. Looking for benchmarking opportunities with peer companies and industry bodies.

•     Own all  channel supply reports and lead  report automation and optimization,  continue  improving customer data accuracy.

3.    Joint Business Plan

•     Together with internal  and external team,  support the development and execution of the supply chain joint  business  plan  (target which include  Service, Inventory and Customer Value  Creation targets), key initiative to optimize efficiency with end to end supply chain and finally enable business growth.

•     Support to drive the digitalization  of supply chain customer solution  to improve work efficiency and cost effectiveness

Education: Bachelor Above

Professional /Major: N/A

Experience: 3 years above

Better to have:

Education: Master

Professional /Major:

Experience: 5 years
