1.基于病人旅程本身、"疾病管理"全流程,进行客户和市场洞察及管理,根据共患病模式开发和发展策略

  • 掌握心脑线(共患病)疾病管理/病人肖像/病人旅程,病人旅程细化,根据病人旅程的关键节点进行关键利益相关者匹配/筛选/优先化排序,洞察客户需求
  • 基于病人旅程的洞察结合各产品线信息、医学领域发展、县级医院市场及竞品的变化,公司内部发展方向,制定和发展心脑血管疾病线产品组合发展策略和内容

2. 内容生成,制定“医学-市场”兼顾的专业推广材料计划,进行策略、活动、产品知识的培训和充分沟通,帮助和支持区域市场团队能力提高及策略落地执行

3. KSH/NKOL/RKOL的开发和维护,定期协访重要区域的客户,收集和反馈市场信息和客户意见

  • 与主要KSH/NKOL建立专业联系和互动,包括医院管理(行政,药房,保险和医疗事务),医疗改革智囊团和政策倡导者以及制定者
  • 确定主要客户,致力于将其发展为赛诺菲倡导者

4. 积极支持区域市场部和销售同事的工作,进行策略、活动、产品知识的培训和充分沟通,帮助和支持区域市场团队能力提高,以确保战略和实施的一致性

  • 定期对核心疾病线高潜力重点区域进行协访,支持当地销售同事学术拜访和市场活动,并积极找出业务增长点
  • 通过电话会、销售管理会议和其他形式与区域市场/销售保持良好沟通和合作,按照需求组织对区域市场部和销售同事进行策略、疾病、产品知识等的培训与沟通
  • 积极收集,跟踪和分析政府政策变化,并在内部定期更新这些变化以积极应对机遇和挑战

6. 参与开发Franchise 4M 品牌计划和MCE计划,确保心脑线疾病/品牌策略 (WTP & HTW) 跨渠道的一致性;开发和优化疾病管理的数据化创新及多渠道学术推广平台、方案

7. 与业务部门和其他职能部门合作,以了解业务挑战和需求,推动和优化跨职能部门的沟通和协作; 争取最大合力以构建“病人为中心”的疾病管理模式
