What you will be responsible for?
Be the patient centricity champion in one specific TA, covering core, PC and retail
Ensure all PSP projects are with the right medical governance
Deliver patient journey and identify unmet needs in moment by facilitation patient AB and internal workshop
Develop and align patient strategic module for brand planning of mature product and new product launch planning
Design patient solution or service ecosystem road map and resource plan
Accountable for all solution delivery and implementation in on one TA
Keep monitoring on competitor program in the specific therapy area
Be responsible for Dupixent patient strategy based on the patient journey to support its launch successful
Design and implement including patient advocacy group, PAP and PSP to reach the KPI goal setting
Facilitate patient program governance setup and ensure its running accordingly
Other special requirements for this role is defined based on TA patient solution team priorities.
Who you are?
Master degree, major in medical or related medicine science is preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
Above 6-7 years working experience, at least two years related patient solution experience.
Experience in IM therapy area preferred but not required
Familiar with pharmaceutical industry
Strategical thinking, have a holistic view on brand planning and be able to develop patient strategic module
Deep understanding on patient insight and their unmet needs through the disease journey
Strong communication: can present priorities and plans clearly and effectively, proactively seeks feedback from across the organization and uses this to improve operations.
Good interpersonal skills: can negotiate with others to find solutions that address interests, tactful in handling points of conflict
Good English and computer skills
