PAMAT-Operational Excellence Manager-Shanghai
JOB PURPOSE:
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement transformation initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support the achievement of strategic objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead and support the development and implementation of transformation and operational excellence initiatives across PAMAT, in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive the design and implementation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and excellence across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation and operational excellence initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful execution and sustainability.
Provide regular updates and reports to leadership, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas requiring attention.
Support Strategy & Planning Head to manage PAMAT annual budget planning and monitoring
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Master's degree preferred.
Experience & knowledge & Competencies:
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, and change management principles
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
Proficiency in both written and oral English
