JOB PURPOSE:

The Strategic Planning Manager supports Strategy & Planning Head to develop and implement PAMAT strategic and transversal initiatives by leveragingcross-functional teams and resources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support Strategy & Planning Head in developing and implementing effective strategic communication plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives

  • Facilitate the integration of insights from market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication materials

  • Assist in crafting clear and compelling messaging to effectively communicate complex business concepts to diverse audiences

  • Prepare high-quality, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing key insights, strategic initiatives, and progress updates

  • Oversee the execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with target goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic plans with operational activities and ensure seamless integration across departments

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare /Commerce/Economics/Business Adminstration

  • MBA is plus

Experience & knowledge & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans and initiatives

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams

  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape

  • Proficiency in both written and oral English
