JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for both in-market and pipeline products/indications for Sanofi’s Dupi and IL-33 i lifecycle management from market access perspective on

  • defining optimal integrated market access strategy and plan
  • adapting and developing local pricing strategy in close collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • developing impactful value proposition & communication tools based on payers & patients’ needs

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

This role will act as the point of contact for local BUs, global V&A sub-teams and/or global expert function, focusing on the specific product/TA; and lead the local value access platform with the collaboration from cross-functional teams including but not limited to, HEOR, public affairs, BUs, Medical and Commercial, Quality, and IP. Apart form that, you will also responsible for LCM access/pricing strategy with evolving competitor landscape to maximize Dupixent franchise (including pricing/volume options and business case coordination with the business).

  • New products/indications
  • Work cross-functionally to develop Value & Access strategy aligned with clinical evidence, patient needs and commercial ambition
  • Contribute to integrated unmet need definition (e.g. value drivers, treatment patterns/clinical pathway, limitation of SoC…), burden of disease & shaping activities considering payer landscape
  • Perform competitive assessment
  • Develop payer value proposition and access plan with relevant internal experts

o Evaluate potential positioning’s from payer standpoint

o Contribute to data gap identification and data generation plan

o Coordinate Market Access scenario building incl. risk assessment, & involvement in business forecasting

  • Regular interface with global counterparts
  • Support overall market access coordination
  • Track progress/changes & update accordingly

  •   Existing products/indications
  • Develop an overarching payer driven Value & Access strategy integrating all key dimensions in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization (e.g. Medical, Marketing, HEOR, Commercial…)
  • Support and/or lead cross-functional colleagues on V&A related activities

o Project lead and manage, team animation &/or work streams follow-up & support, vendor management etc…

  • Build impactful value rationale for payers to support Market Access discussions regarding our products at different levels in the CN system

o Create compelling integrated payer value proposition / story / tools supported by strong evidence

o Accounting for differences in needs, perspectives, audience, format and focal points

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Public health, medical, health economics, or other related scientific background
  • Minimum master degree in medical, pharmacy, public health, health economics or related areas, PhD in such areas is preferred
  • At least 5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or medical erea
  • Good knowledge of China health care system, and Market access trends
