Brand Lead Dermatology/Atopic Dermatitis – Sanofi Genzyme Speciality Care Nordics/Baltics

Location: Nordic Countries

About the Opportunity

  • Lead Brand strategy and key tactics for innovative biologic treatment in Dermatology in current and future indications across Nordics/Baltics (NOBA);
  • Lead Brand plan and Budget processes, and support countries in pre and post launch phase;
  • Be point of contact to Europe and Global Brand teams, and establish Sanofi Genzyme as a leading expert in Dermatology/Atopic Dermatitis (AD) with focus on patients and science.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing overall brand potential, competitive environment and develop NOBA brand strategy, positioning and key tactics for Dermatology/AD in line with overall Global strategy and NOBA Critical battles to win;
  • Develop and lead Brand elements, projects and facilitate synergies across NOBA;
  • Responsible for overall A&P planning, spending and reallocation at NOBA level in collaboration with Immunology Head NOBA and Countries;
  • Responsible for Global patient modelling, and contribute in budget processes in collaboration with Countries, finance business partners and Head of Immunology;
  • Be a key member of NOBA Immunology Core team;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across indications;
  • Be point of contact to Europe and Global Brand teams, participate in relevant work-streams and ensure information flow to NOBA Countries;
  • Establish Sanofi Genzyme as expert and market leader in AD/Dermatology, and build external network among Top KOLs in NOBA.

About You

Education and main experience:

  • University degree in marketing/business/pharmacy or other relevant education;
  • Launch experience in biologics, preferably within dermatology;
  • Extensive multichannel marketing experience and proven sales excellence track record;
  • Proven strategic project management skills and collaboration across Nordics;
  • Solid experience in budget and brand plan processes;
  • Experience in collaboration across  Nordics;
  • Excellent command of English both written and verbal;
  • Good IT skills with an interest in new technology/digital.

  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a matrix organization;
  • Be analytical; analyze quantitative and qualitative data, market dynamics, emerging trends, including social, policy and access-related information, and incorporate them into strategy and tactical plans;
  • Define and prioritize strategies, tactics and actions to maximize return on investment of multi-channel marketing;
  • Effectively engage with key external stakeholders, add value and build long-term relationships;
  • Seek and deploy innovative ideas and approaches and think out of the box;
  • Have a winning mindset and maintain high level of energy through pre-launch and launch periods and maintain focus under pressure;
  • Have focus on science and patient centricity.
