Purpose

新組織として発足したパフォーマンスアナリティクス本部では、社内の各組織からの様々なレポート提出や分析依頼に対応できるアナリストを求めています。

具体的には社内や社外システムから得られたデータの前処理・集計を行いレポート化することはもちろんのこと、データから得られたインサイトを用いて社内各部門への提言ができるようになるまでを早期に実現できる方を求めています。

Key Accountability

• 社内システム（TRAXなど）のデータ（毎月約100万行）可視化とPower BIでのレポート化
• データメンテナンス、データ整合性チェック、効率的運用方法の検討（グローバルチームやベンダーと）
• 社内他システムのデータと統合した分析結果の検証と営業施策への反映

Key Working Relationship and Interface

• 社内データ関連：フィールドセールス、システム関連部門（グローバルチームおよびベンダー）
• 営業・マーケティング・ファイナンス・物流部門

REQUIREMENTS

Hard skill:

（Must）

• Power BIを使ったレポート・ダッシュボード作成
• Access・Power Query・VBA・SQL・Pythonなど何らかのツールを用いたデータ準備と集計

（Preferred）

• Pythonを使ったデータ加工・集計・分析
• Snowflakeを使ったデータ管理

Soft skill:

（Must）

• 集計データを組み合わせた有用なインサイトを導き出すことができること
• 最後まであきらめずに取り組む姿勢
• お互いの意見を尊重し、チームとして課題解決することを重視する姿勢

（Preferred）

• インサイトを用いた他部門への提案

Language：

• 日本語：チームメンバーのほとんどが日本人なので、日常会話はもちろんのこと、ミーティングやプレゼンテーションについても流ちょうな日本語を話すことが求められます。

• 英語：Globalチーム・部署内での英語でのコミュニケーションが頻繁に行われています。レポートの説明や質疑応答などを行えるレベルの英会話力が求められます。

Qualification:

• 統計学の知識が必要な学部（経済・心理・農・理・工）を卒業していること
• 大学院修了者はプラス

• 同業や業界的に近しい日用雑貨メーカーでのデータを扱った経験があるとプラス
• インテージやカタリナマーケティングなど、メーカーやGMSで勤務しているのではないが、データを扱った経験があるとかなりプラス
