We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

External Manufacturing Performance Analyst - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/10/2024

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Analysis:

•  Conduct a comprehensive analysis of supply chain performance and quality indicators, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights and trends within the supply chain processes.

Coordination Improvement Projects:

• Lead projects aimed at enhancing the coordination of supply and logistics between internal manufacturing plants and CMOs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements in the supply chain.

Optimization in Energy and Logistics:

• Identify opportunities for energy and logistics optimization within the external manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute projects to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and optimize resource utilization.

Yield Optimization at CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organizations):

• Understand and analyze yield at CMOs, identifying factors affecting efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with CMOs to implement strategies that optimize yield, reduce waste, and enhance overall production efficiency.

Project Leadership:

• Take a leadership role in planning, executing, and monitoring EM optimization projects.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation and measurable results.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within external manufacturing operations.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends to drive innovation in supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain analysis, project management, and optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Understanding of energy management, logistics, and yield optimization within a manufacturing or CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organizations) environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
