Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Manager to plan and allocate resources for maintenance activities.

• Participate in cross-functional teams to plan and manage OEE improvement initiatives.

• Serve as the maintenance focal point for designated area.

• Conduct root cause analyses to identify production downtime causes and propose corrective actions.

• Facilitate transfer of technical skills from maintenance to production staff.

• Engage with equipment manufacturers and manage spare parts.

• Contribute to new projects, particularly in revamping/replacing packaging lines.

• Serve as a point of reference for print&check systems.

• Update procedures in compliance with GMP and HSE regulations.

• Implement predictive maintenance methods and augmented reality tools.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Prior experience as a Reliability Engineer in manufacturing plants is preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with TPM methodology, lean manufacturing principles, and key machinery performance indicators is advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities. Independent worker. Residing in or near Varese, Milan, or surrounding areas is desirable.
