Our Team:

Responsible for all reporting aspects for our French CHC M&S production site.

Main responsibilities

Financial planning & analysis

  • Data preparation, consolidation and reporting, focused on financial statement´s accuracy
  • Perform a first level of analysis of the actual monthly financial results (main variances and consistency checks) during closings and forecast exercises
  • Support data consolidation in systems and standardization
  • Ensure timely data reporting ​and in line with the Standard Procedures
  • Coordinate Planning cycles (Forecast, Budget, Strategic Plan) both Business Analysis and Controlling
    • Follow up Financial targets’ inclusion during the Forecasts, Budget and SP process
    • Follow up Atlas/Marco sites submissions/CRI earning template
    • Consistency checks and data accuracy
    • Provide standardized templates to the concerned perimeter/decks preparation
  • Coordinate Comparable processes (get information, prepare conso files, follow up deadlines)
  • Product contribution data collection
  • First Technical & Systems support to Sites and Above Sites (share best practices, training and others)


Transversal topics

  • Data preparation, consolidation and reporting for specific topics, related to all Global MnS perimeter
  • Improve expertise on transversal topics determined by the Controlling Head, and share knowledge within the Finance Team
  • Look for opportunities to improve way of working, optimizing processes and standardizing between Controlling Team

About you

Professional experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance
  • Demonstrate a good track record in finance and controlling, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry
  • Experience translating business needs into process and implementation requirements at Finance system project implementation environment


Soft skills

  • Financial analysis
  • Industrial controlling methods
  • Analytical Ability, Demonstrated communication and Presentation skills
  • Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office Excel, Power Point)

Technical skills

  • SAP ERP
  • TM1

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance required

Languages:

  • Fluency level in French & English (both oral and written are needed for daily tasks)
