iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Demand Planner and Distribution Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting in Demand Planning process and product launches
  • Enhancing current Supply Chain Dashboard
  • Contributing to process improvement within Supply Chain (SC), including Distribution and Customer Care
  • Participating to IBP (Integrated business planning) and managing IBP Slide decks
  • Coordinating repackaging operations for products in his/her scope
  • Crossing functional interfaces with partners (commercial, production, hub)
  • Working pro-actively with all relevant departments within Sanofi group as well as with suppliers and third-party providers
  • Being able to deal quickly with routine work (e.g. maintenance activities)
  • Having a broad picture of SC in order to make business oriented suggestion

Candidate's profile:

  • Education: Master degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Experience: experienced in pharmaceutical supply chain management and in engaging with supply chain business environment
  • Soft skills: excellent communication skills; good planning & organisation skills; high level of accuracy; autonomous
  • IT tools: MS Office; very good knowledge of SAP or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning); ability to create V-Lookups and Pivot Tables in MS Excel is required
  • Languages: fluent French and English, both oral and written; German will be considered an asset
