We have the opportunity for an ambitious and curious National Account Manager to join our Cross Border eCommerce (CBEC) accounts team based out of our Brisbane CHC head office.

Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of selected Australian CBEC customers.

A key focus will be to work cross-functionally with the China CBEC team, Demand Team, Marketing Department, and the Commercial Team, in order to build strategic account plans and drive sustainable growth through multiple channels into China.

This is a great opportunity to experiment while owning a key customer relationship within the Sanofi business. Help to both create and deliver a clear customer strategies to deliver growth.

Key priorities:

  • Achievement of sales budgets (as nominated), plus provide ongoing sales forecasts.
  • Accountable for the volume and revenue forecast accuracy including sales and distribution
  • Ensure all Trade Promotional Expenditure (TPE) and operational expenses stay within approved budget and contracts
  • Develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally to enable the strategy to be effectively executed and provide an environment of excellence. 

To be successful in the role:

  • You will have a background in managing key accounts from FMCG/Pharmacy and understand key account processes and decision makers.
  • Be proactive in approach, inquisitive and highly organised
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, strong business acumen and competitor awareness.
  • A strong track record of client management and negotiating skills is key, as is assessing and presenting data and reports.
