The Sanofi CHC CEE eCommerce Manager will serve as the driving force for eCommerce activity in market, championing and activating Sanofi CHC’s eCommerce strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced eCommerce account manager to take ownership of the delivery of eCommerce growth in CEE. The successful applicant to this business-critical role will define and implement a comprehensive eCommerce plan to meet and exceed market growth targets. We are looking for someone who is passionate about eCommerce with a desire to drive rapid and sustained growth through this evolving channel.
- Apply eCommerce framework, working with the global eCommerce team, to define the market’s eCommerce strategy - Establish market-level financial, operational, customer, and consumer goals/targets - Provide input to market-level strategic roadmap (sales & budget forecasting) - Develop market-level eCommerce roadmap to define core milestones - Understand competitive and regulatory landscape with cross-functional support - Establish and manage relationships with existing and new-to-Sanofi e-retailers - Negotiate customer terms & fees for new e-retailers - Conduct day-to-day account management and activation of Sanofi CHC’s portfolio with e-retailers in market - Continually seek opportunities to improve customer terms and grow business - Serve as in-market leader to drive awareness of and adherence to eCommerce best practices with omnichannel key account managers - Confirm assortment strategy with global eCommerce and category teams - Collaborate with Marketing & Shopper teams to ensure product and user-generated content clearly communicates a compelling offer, and implement effective eCommerce promotions - Work closely with Digital Marketing teams to develop a coordinated approach to engage with shoppers and consumers at the right touchpoints during their path to purchase to drive conversion through eCommerce - Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders to address eCommerce packaging and fulfilment considerations, as required - Collaborate cross-functionally to establish data and insight collection mechanisms, and continuously track, analyse, and communicate defined KPIs to improve eCommerce performance
- Proven account management experience with e-retailers, preferably within an FMCG environment - Overall +5 years work experience with +2 years working knowledge and experience of eCommerce platforms and online marketing channels - Minimum qualifications of a Bachelor's degree - Master of English (written & spoken) language is a must - Prior data strategy and analytical experience, including expertise in structuring data collection to - Strong project management skills, including animation of cross-country, cross-functional teams - Strong analytical capabilities, and passion for extracting rich insights from data - Detailed knowledge and expertise regarding eCommerce and online consumer touchpoints from generating demand to sales conversion - Career-minded individual with the drive to succeed, and a demonstrated professional development and progression thus far
