JOB PURPOSE

The role has primary responsibility for overseeing Sales Force Effectiveness strategy and performance for OTC products. Leading and executing a range of SFE initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of OTC sales. This will result in the increased sales, best in class sales team performance tracking, maintain our competitive advantage in the market and help to achieve our commercial objectives.

A person on this position will be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with local business team members.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Monitor and analyze team performance on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provides conclusive reports and recommendations.

  • Implement decisions Increasing the effectiveness of field forces through regular complex analysis, optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to manage SF

  • Implement innovative solutions to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of the sales department

  • Maintain best in class sales team performance tracking – to achieve our commercial objectives

  • Maintain annual and quarterly sales targets setting in close cooperation with Finance Team, Sales and Marketing Team

  • Determine key metrics for field forces, manage the monitoring system for their effectiveness

  • Daily management of external data suppliers – wholesalers and pharmacy connectors, external auditors data source (IQVIA, Farmaprom)

  • Seek innovation in analytical tools and techniques to gain competitive advantage.

  • Pro-actively identify business issues which may benefit the company’s performance through analytical insight

  • Strong cooperation with: Growth HUB, Performance HUB and Customer HUB

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in statistics/econometrics, economics/business administration, sciences, engineering or IT

  • At least 3-years background in Sales Force Effectiveness, analytics, sales, Trade Marketing or related fields

  • Deep understanding of incentives which make sales teams drive perfect execution of business objectives.

  • Excellent Excel knowledge as a must

  • Analytical and data quality controlling skills as a must

  • Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
