About the job

To support Maintenance Systems and ensure efficient operation across the site wide maintenance function

Main responsibilities:

• Work with relevant departments to monitor energy cost savings and trend reports
• Support management of SLA process in Maintenance departments
• Trending of spare part usage across the different Maintenance functions analysing costs and rate of usage
• As requested by the Maintenance Team Leaders raise and process Purchase Orders
• As requested by the Maintenance Team Leader raise and process cGMP documentation
• Assist with the compiling of presentations, spread sheets etc.
• Compile and update on a weekly basis a KPI index for both Facilities and Manufacturing Maintenance
• Assist with the developing of more SOP’s as future developments come online
• Develop a training schedule within the Maintenance Department
• Assist in developing a cross functional training system
• Manage the DataStream Maintenance System on a day to day basis
• Ensure routine work orders are issued as required, maintenance requests are processed, and work done/spares used are logged
• Continue to input new routines and spares in DataStream as new pieces of equipment come online
• Assist in transferring all new equipment onto the DataStream system
• Ad hoc duties as required by the Team Leader

About you

• Experience in an administration role within a similar environment
• Experience in managing Maintenance Systems
• Experience in working with Quality systems
• Highly computer literate
• Highly motivated with good initiative (self-starter)
• Ability to lead and manage review of SLA’s
• Able to work within a team environment
• Highly motivated and demonstrates energy
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
